Tradeshow Marketing Prep & Follow-Up

To maximize your tradeshow return on investment (ROI), we recommend the following and the Innovaxis team can help you with everything you see here:

  • Speaker Pitching: promoting your thought leaders as potential speakers – this needs to be done 6-9 months prior to large shows and 3-6 months prior to smaller events
  • Press Releases: announcements of anything new that will be featured in your booth
  • Signage Development: leveraging brand storytelling and graphic design to create signs that resonate powerfully with show attendees (and avoid cramming too much content on them so they are unreadable)
  • Video Creation: development of brand storytelling and content marketing videos for those played in the booth
  • Collateral Development: leveraging brand storytelling and graphic design to create signs that resonate powerfully with show attendees for content to be printed and distributed (e.g. brochures, flyers, data sheets, etc.)
  • Tchotchke Sourcing: identifying giveaways that align with your brand and what show attendees want and applying your branding
  • Email Campaigns: we recommend sending up to three campaigns to prospective show attendees that clearly articulate what they will see at your booth (e.g. product experts, demos, giveaways) to be sent one month before, one week before, and 1-2 days before (or on the first day); we then recommend sending up to three email follow-ups after the show promoting your most powerful brand assets (e.g. video, guides, case studies, solution comparisons, ROI calculators, etc.)
  • Google Ads: running a Google Ad campaign for keyword phrases related to the show will prominently display to those attending or thinking about attending the show; there usually are few others running such a campaign, so it can be a very cost-effective way to promote your presence there – and remember to promote your booth number!
  • Social Media: to promote your presence before, during and after the show with event hashtags – be sure to assign one of your team members to take photos of booth attendees so you can post and tag them
